Decription
Erected where the home of Giovan Battista Nola Molise, author of a “Cronica” of the city of Crotone, once existed, it was for many years the property of the Farina barons who, according to some sources, hosted Cardinal Ruffo in 1799 during the Sanfedist expedition for the Bourbon restoration and later Ferdinand IV of Bourbon.
In the early 1800s the residence passed to the Barons Barracco.
Constructed according to new earthquake-resistant techniques, it is an elegant and massive enclosed courtyard building with a two-flight internal staircase and gallery, cross vaults, which preserves in the courtyard itself, stucco decorations and the Etnean basalt slab flooring.
