Decription
The villa includes the gardens located on Regina Margherita Street and Miscello da Ripe Street and the space of the former Largo Lavatoio redeveloped a few years ago. A few meters away then there is also a playground, the Baden Powell named after the founder of scouting. In summer it is transformed into a stage for events and initiatives. There is a monumental tree, a Ficus Macrophilla that is almost 80 years old, fifteen meters in height has been declared, by decree, a “Monumental Tree” by the Department of Environmental Protection of the Region of Calabria, pursuant to Law No. 10 of Jan. 14, 2013, for historical and cultural value.
